A Unique Postoperative Storm

A case report of a rare cause of imprint iris atrophy presumed to have happened due to a partially opened IOL haptic loop, after an uneventful surgery. Anterior displacement of IOL bag complex, with partial unfolded haptic, could result in severe iatrogenic iris pigment dispersion syndrome and IOL exchange appears to be a good cause-oriented approach.
