Stage 3 ROP with plus disease at the border of zones I with old and new laser scars. Former 22+4 week, 390g premature infant with history of intravitreal Bevacizumab at 2 months, and PRP at 6 months presents at 7 months of age. Montage photo is taken after additional laser is placed.
