Hollenhorst plaque. Patient with atrial fibrillation, mitral valve stenosis, aortic valve replacement, congestive heart failure hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Embolus formed from cholesterol deposition. Refractile, yellow crystals most commonly found at bifurcations of retinal arteries. Right figure labeled.
