    Dr. Michele Lim discusses how she has used mitomycin C (MMC) in both traditional and newer glaucoma surgeries throughout her career. One of the most important changes has been going from applying MMC by sponge to application via injection. Mitomycin C was initially used mostly in trabeculectomies, but it is now being used in less-invasive procedures.
