    Dr. Steinert demonstrates a relatively unusual application of the Nd:YAG laser in a case of aqueous diversion with a myopic shift due to the forward movement of the implant and very significant narrowing of the peripheral angle. The pupil could not be dilated beyond the edge of the optic, so he devised this workaround.
