Hotel Reservations
Exhibitor Hotel Reservations opens May 1 for companies reserving 20+ rooms.
Companies reserving less than 20 rooms, Exhibitor Hotel Reservations will open June 12. Information will be available soon in the Exhibitor Portal.
BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED AGENCIES PRETENDING TO PROVIDE SERVICES USING THE ACADEMY OR AAO 2024 BRAND
Fraudulent companies, impersonating the Academy or falsely suggesting a relationship with the Academy, may contact you directly via email or you might find them on the Internet. Solicitations range from selling registrant lists to registering for the meeting to securing hotel rooms. Always double check that the company is in fact an official contractor by looking on the Academy’s website or emailing exhibitions@aao.org. Note: Correspondence coming from the Academy will have an aao.org email address. If you believe you may have been the attempted or actual victim of fraud, report your experience to meetingfraud@aao.org.
