     I have severe myopia and astigmatism but am told I have no retinal tears. Is it safe to ride rollercoasters or rides with free falls at Disney World?

Generally, people with myopia and astigmatism don’t need to avoid riding rollercoasters or rides with free falls. However, sports or activities that may involve blows to the head or have a potential for whiplash injury, should be avoided.
