I had cataract surgery almost two years ago. I went for an eye exam a few days ago and he dilated and numbed my eyes. Now my vision is blurry in my right eye where I had better than 20/20 vision. Are eyes supposed to be numbed and dilated after cataract surgery?
Typically, a full dilated exam is done at least once a year after cataract surgery. If the vision does not clear up within a few days, you should get reexamined by your doctor.
