Can I resume my professional singing after my vitrectomy?
MAY 08, 2019
Question:
I am a professional singer and recently had retinal surgery with a vitrectomy. If gas bubble used during surgery to repair the eye is gone, when can I resume singing?
Answer:
Not knowing the underlying condition leading to the retinal surgery, I would double check with your retinal surgeon prior to resuming singing, even if the gas bubble has reabsorbed.
