Can I use my prescription to make new glasses without prism?
APR 05, 2020
Question:
I have had glasses with a prescription that has prism correction, but it did not work for me, so I had to get new lenses without prism. Can I use the prescription with prism to get glasses without the prism correction? I don’t have a copy of the prescription without prism correction.
Answer:
You can certainly have a prescription made with or without prisms incorporated. If the refraction seems good with the prism glasses, it can be remade without the prism.
