  • I forgot to put in my eyedrops after cataract surgery. Is that a problem?

    Question:

I had cataract surgery yesterday at 2 p.m. and forgot to use my eyedrops before bed last night but put them in this morning. My eye doesn't hurt. Can this cause a problem?

    Answer:

As long as you get back on them today—should not be an issue. If you notice changes in your comfort or vision, please call or see your ophthalmologist.
