    It would be best to ask your surgeon her opinion based on her specific recommendations. Theoretically, there may be a heightened risk of retinal detachment. Modern incisions in cataract surgery are very sturdy. If boxing is your profession or an important part of your life, I would think you could resume once your eyes are fully healed after the surgery.
