Should I worry that there is a half-moon spot of yellowish/cream color at the top of both eyes in the iris?

I have a half-moon spot of yellowish/cream color at the top of both eyes in the iris. My eyes are normally blue. What could cause this and should I worry?
The coloration you notice is very likely located on the cornea which is the clear tissue at the front surface of the eye. You are looking through the clear cornea when visualizing the iris. There are many causes for this type of discoloration including allergy, inflammation, dry eyes and the natural aging process. While very likely benign, it is important to see an ophthalmologist to determine the exact cause and if treatment is required.
