    Answer:

    "Eye blister" is not a commonly used term for any named eye disorder. Perhaps you are referring to an elevated area of the clear membrane that covers the white part of the eye which is called a pinguecula. The cause of a pinguecula is exposure to ultraviolet light; especially from sunlight. Your ophthalmologist can determine if removal of the growth is necessary.
