If I have a posterior capsulotomy performed on my eyes would this have any effect on my floaters and eye migraines?

A posterior capsulotomy is designed to clear the visual axis from a condition known as posterior capsule opacification, which can develop after cataract surgery. The posterior capsule can develop clouding behind the intraocular lens implant. When the clouding becomes significant, it is cleared with a YAG laser. This may actually increase floaters initially but if you already have floaters present (a different issue), it will not have a significant change on the amount of floaters long term. It will have no effect or relation to ocular migraines.
