Why do I tilt my head to see clearer?
DEC 28, 2017
Question:
I want to know why I tilt my head upward to be able to see clearer. For instance, when I try to read something that’s pinned on a wall, I have to tilt my head up to get comfortable and see clearer.
Answer:
A head tilt can be used to make vision better. In some patients it can improve the position of the eyes so that they work better together. For some people a head tilt can change the position of the eyes in relation to the eyelids, and that can improve vision a bit as well. Please see an ophthalmologist who can evaluate your head tilt and determine the underlying issue.
