    My near vision has gotten worse since my cataract surgery from two weeks ago and it feels totally different than my other eye. What is the problem?


    Answer:

    If you had a monofocal lens implanted (single focus lens), your area of best focus will be determined by the power chosen for this eye. If you have concerns, ask your operating surgeons what options you have in the future for better near vision if that is what you desire.
