Will eyes go back to normal color after corneal transplant?
MAR 18, 2022
Question:
My husband had a
corneal transplant and his eyes look slightly greyish or blue. Will it change back to his normal color?
Answer:
Scar tissue develops at the junction between the transplanted corneal tissue and the
original cornea. Often, this often gives off a blueish/gray color. It is unlikely to change over time.
