Will there be a visible scar on the outside of my face alongside my nose after tear duct blockage surgery?
If your surgeon performs the procedure endscopically (through the nostril) there will be no scar. If the procedure is performed externally, a small incision by the side of your nose will be visible. These incisions generally heal well and leave a minimal scar.
