Automatic 2021 MIPS Hardship Exception Applies to Individual Eligible Physicians
In a continued effort to offer practices relief from the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has announced it will automatically apply the extreme and uncontrollable circumstances policy to all individual eligible clinicians for the 2021 Merit-Based Incentive Payment System performance year.
