CMS Continues to Probe Ophthalmology Billing
The Academy received notification in March that ophthalmologists’ billing and payment patterns are again being analyzed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The agency plans to send ophthalmologists comparative billing reports beginning this week and into April.
