Congress Approves Additional COVID-19 Relief, Government Funding
The Academy advocated for several provisions that would give additional assistance to physician practices still struggling with the negative financial impacts of the public health emergency. The relief depends on President Trump signing the legislation into law by Dec. 28 when the current short-term government funding bill expires.
