Academy Highlights Compounded Drug Issues in FDA Meeting
In a meeting this week, the Academy urged the FDA to consider a slight change to regulations of 503A compounding pharmacies that would allow them to make small quantities of urgent-use drugs for ophthalmologists to treat patients in their office.
