FDA Oversight of Compounded Drugs To Get Quick Fix in Temporary Government Spending Plan

With the federal government’s fiscal year closing Sept. 30, Congress is expected to pass a continuing resolution this week to keep it running. This appropriations legislation would maintain funding for government programs and services at the current level, until Congress can complete the new fiscal budget when it returns to Washington after the Nov. elections.
