Pass-through Extension for New Ophthalmic Products Remains Academy Priority
Following up on our May 10 letter to the CMS administrator, the Academy and other stakeholders met with administration officials to request an extension of pass-through status for payment of new drugs, devices and biologics administered in the hospital outpatient department or ambulatory surgical centers.
