CMS Agrees to Temporarily Hold Claims Until Congress Returns From Recess
The House is expected to take the final action needed to extend the moratorium on the 2% Medicare cut when it returns from recess in mid-April. As a result, CMS says it will delay processing April claims until final Congressional action to minimize reprocessing.
