Settlement Reached With Hubble Contact Lens Seller Over Prescription Verification Issues
The Federal Trade Commission said the company violated several key provisions of the Contact Lens Rule, including failing to obtain prescriptions, properly verify prescriptions and substituting its own Hubble brand for other lenses that were prescribed to consumers.
