Acute angle-closure glaucoma. The irregular corneal reflection and hazy cornea suggest edema. The pupil is middilated; the iris appears to be displaced anteriorly, with shallowing of the anterior chamber. These findings plus elevated IOP are diagnostic of acute angle-closure glaucoma.
