    Adult-onset foveomacular vitelliform dystrophy. a. Fundus photograph of the right eye shows a classic vitelliform lesion with a few scattered drusenoid deposits. b. The left eye demonstrates geographic atrophy in the location of a previous vitelliform lesion. c. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) demonstrates subretinal material of variable hyperreflectivity in the right eye. d. OCT demonstrates subfoveal atrophy of the photoreceptors and retinal pigment epithelium in the left eye.
