Both eyes (OU) hypopigmented fundus with clear visualization of arborizing network of choroidal vessels beneath the retina captured via ultra-wide field (UWF) imaging system (Optos, California). Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT), revealed foveal hypoplasia with absence of foveal contour in both eyes (OU).
