    Mannis Diagnostic Classification: rarely sight-threatening. It is rarely sight threatening if all of the following criteria is met. 1. is the corneal infiltrate more or equal to 2mm in size, 2. less than 3 mm from visual axis, and 3. is the anterior chamber response more than 1+ or more than 10 cells/1 mm beam.
