    Mannis Diagnostic Classification: Potentially Sight-threatening. It is potentially sight threatening if all of the following criteria is met. 1. is the corneal infiltrate less than 2 mm in size, 2. corneal infiltrate more than 3 mm from the visual axis; and 3. is the anterior chamber response less than or equal to 2+ (less than 10 cells/1.00 mm beam). Finally, is there clinical deterioration after 24 hours of treatment.
