Composite of representative clinical findings from a patient with Best vitelliform macular dystrophy. Fundus photography showed the typical egg yolk lesion. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) scan revealed an exudative detachment of the neurosensory retina and accumulation of sub-RPE material beneath the fovea.
