A 47-year-old male patient with medical history of psoriatic arthritis treated with chloroquine.Visual acuity was of counting fingers. Fundus autofluorescence showing bull's eye maculopathy with central mottled hypoautofluorescence with a surrounding rim of hyperautofluorescence.
