    Central serous chorioretinopathy. a. Color fundus photograph shows shallow serous elevation in macula (arrowhead). b. OCT 5-mm scan shows retinal elevation with a hyporeflective region consistent with subretinal fluid. The layered retinal anatomy remains relatively well-preserved. c. OCT scan 6 weeks after laser photocoagulation to an extrafoveal leakage site. Minimal subretinal fluid remains.
