Cataract/Anterior Segment
Optically sectioned (left) and retro-illuminated (right) anterior segment photographs of the left eye of a 42-year old female with bilateral congenital lamellar cataracts. Left eye best-corrected visual acuity had declined to 20/40 over a period of years and was not amblyopic.
