Cataract/Anterior Segment, Cornea/External Disease
Insertion of the donor into the anterior chamber. (A) The larger part of the “taco” is ideally adhered to the posterior surface of the cornea while the transplant is still folded due to the surface tension of the viscoelastic material on the endothelial surface. The graft is then unfolded. (B) Side view of the graft after complete unfolding.
