    Double macular-branch vein occlusion. (A) During laminar (early venous) phase capillary bed is dilated along with superior temporal arcades. Small pinpoint microaneyyms can also be seen. Blockage of background choroidal fluorescence by interretinal hemorrhages occurs along inferior temporal arcade. some of dark area is also due to capillary dropout and nonperfusion. Loss of integrity of perifoveal capillary net and internal capillary ring is apparent. (B) Later in angiogram dilation of capillary bed throughout posterior pole is clearly visible along superior and inferior temporal arcades. Blockage of background fluorescence involving inferior macular region persists. Perifoveal capillary net is disrupted. (C) Late phase shows intraretinal leakage of fluorescein from small superior temporal macular branch vein occlusion. Area of leakage extends to avascular zone. Most recent inferior temporal macular branch vein occlusion reveals staining of retinal vessels, indicating a break in blood-retina barrier. Leakage of fluorescein from the disrupted endothelial cell junctions is subtle and background fluorescence is blocked by interretinal hemorrhage.
