    (A) FVP typically progresses from neovasulization from nerve head and along arcade with, initially, relatively good visual acuity. This 29-year-old woman presented with 20/30 visual acuity. (B) With further progression over ensuring 3 months, visual acuity dropped to 20/200 as FVP enveloped posterior pole. (C) After vitrectomy, visual acuity is 20/30.
