Fluorescein angiogram of the left eye. a. This image shows an arterial phase of the dye, with areas of hypofluorescence scattered in the temporal macula and posterior pole. b. This image was taken during the mid-arteriovenous phase, with focal punctate areas of hyperfluorescence in the parafoveal area. There are also areas of hypofluorescence seen in the earlier phase. c. This image was taken during the late venous phase, with areas of hyperfluorescence surrounding the fovea with broader, less-defined borders consistent with leakage.
