    Fundus autofluorescence (AF) image from a patient with Best vitelliform dystrophy. The hyperautofluorescent ring visible around the fovea represents lipofuscin accumulation. The central stippled hypoautofluorescent area represents a region of serous elevation with a background of focal lipofuscin deposits and atrophy
