    Arteriolitis is the segmental arteriolitis characteristic of ocular toxoplasmosis. This patient is a 28-year old male who presented with two weeks of blurred vision and floaters. Exam revealed a characteristic chorioretinal scar with an adjacent area of active fluffy inflammation, but was also notable for this segmental sclerosis involving multiple arterioles.
