Cornea/External Disease
A middle-age female from a rural area presented with "lid mass, associated with pain" for 10 days. There was a tick grasping her lid margin with redness and mild swelling. Forceps were used for removal, which was very difficult and a piece of skin was ripped along with the tick. Dermatology specialists identified as Ixodes tick later.
