    Glaucoma

Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) of an eye with malignant glaucoma. The lens–iris diaphragm is pushed forward, causing a uniform shallowing of the anterior chamber (AC). The central portion of the anterior lens capsule (LC) is nearly in contact with the cornea (C). Note ciliary body (CB) detachment, which is commonly seen in malignant glaucoma. I = iris; PC = posterior chamber; S = sclera.
