    Refractive Mgmt/Intervention

Postoperative PRK infection, day 5, in a physician who placed his own contact lens and possibly old contact lens solution in his eye after a BSCL was displaced. Cultures were positive for Staphylococcus epidermitis. He subsequently underwent phototherapeutic keratectomy, and his best-corrected vision was eventually 20/25.
