    Ocular ischemic syndrome. (A) Markedly delayed arterial phase shows only late background fluorescese from filling of choriocapillaris and initial filling of retinal arteries. Retinal circulation is delayed 33 seconds. Variations in caliber of veins, which appear dark, is noticeable. However, veins is characteristic of central retinal vein occlusion. (B) Late phase shows leakage from optic disc and staining of walls of veins, indicating damage to vessel walls.
