    Ocular tuberculosis (TB) and coexisting pulmonary TB. a. A 30-year-old, sputum-culture-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patient on antitubercular treatment. There is scleritis in the left eye. b. Old healed pigmented scar near the macula, presumably healed tuberculous choroiditis. c. Active retinochoroidal lesion with vitreous reaction in the left eye. d. After 1 month of antitubercular treatment, active lesion in the left eye has started healing, with less vitreous haze. The disc remains hyperemic.
