    Pediatric tuberculosis anterior uveitis. a. This 6-year-old boy had bilateral chronic anterior uveitis with band keratopathy. b. The Mantoux reaction for this patient was hyperreactive, measuring 25 mm × 26 mm in 48 hours. c. Chest x-ray showed marked mediastinal widening. d. Computed tomography of the chest showed massive lymphadenopathy (arrows), which is more common in primary tuberculosis in children than in adults. e. Lymphadenopathy and intraocular inflammation resolved completely after antitubercular treatment.
