    Peripheral ulcerative keratitis (PUK). a. Patient with a history of Crohn disease and PUK. Note the peripheral sclerocorneal graft over descemetocele and a new area of activity nasally with excavation and limbal swelling. The patient was treated acutely with subconjunctival triamcinolone and systemic infliximab. b. PUK in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and a positive culture for Staphylococcus aureus. There is a 3+ injection and extensive limbal guttering.
