Primary acquired melanosis (PAM) and conjunctival melanoma. Slit-lamp photograph of a 72-year- old white man that shows “peppery” pigmentation of the perilimbal conjunctiva [rectangle]. Histopathology revealed the presence of melanoma that arose from PAM with severe atypia.
